I really expected to hear from drivetime. Not one reply.

I even contacted to manager I dealt with (CW) by email and he never responded. I asked about the previous work done on the heater in my car. I sat for 4 hours while the salesman 'took' the car to a nearby repair shop.

There was one other time they claimed the shop worked on the heater. Why won't they just respond?
