Purchased vehicle on Dec 18 and on sunday the service engine light come on. Called the warranty company and was told to take to the Nissan dealer for repairs. Took the car to Nissan and they called for approval for the repair and have been waiting on them to pay Nissan for several hours. The reps at drivetime warranty have been very rude to both me and Nissan employees. Then they say they have everything they need but will take two hours to make the payment. So I'm just waiting on them to make payment so I can leave. Since when does it take two hours to call and make a credit card payment over the phone.
Not only am I upset about the vehicle being in the shop after having the car two days, I am also very pissed with the rude, uncaring, unhelpful reps that work for drivetime warrant company.
I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from these crooks.
