poor customer service when you call they dont know whats going on there contract buy down on the last day i tried to make a payment towards that AND they would not take my call i was on hold more then 2 hours. When you get a rep on the phone they give u the run around and make u upset they made me hold so long on the phone that i had to go down to where i purchased the car to make the payment ... im sorry i bought a car from them poor quality and a BUNCH OF CROOKS
