Even the phone staff sucks never afforded the opportunity to take my complaint to the ceo always got the runaround like that position or person doesnt exist .and it doesn't exist according to the knuckle head black guy that answered the phone im black also.he assured me there would not be a response higher than him.you all record the phone conversations then you know which one im talking about my name is gary charles that person that handled my phone call never gave his name
