I purchased a car from drivetime with 35 days the battery gave out.I spoke to warranty and finance to be told it's wear and tear.

I have pictures to prove it was an old battery and sold as new. They have lost any possible referrals

I explained to the warrenty department out of good measure you should want to help your customers the rep had nothing to say but I'm sorry you are out of the 30 days.

If you stand behind your product you would at least reimburse.I will continue to continue to complain until they make it right.

Monetary Loss: $100.
