They don't honestly stand by their cars. To start with we had a flat one day. So we go in the truck to get spare and (haha) yea the spare is flat. One day went to open truck with key and (ready another haha) the lock caved in and I cant open my trunk. Two of our wheel rims are bent and we cant go over 55mph cause the car shakes horribly and its scary. I didn't know this cause when we test drove the car we didn't go that fast. One year after we stupidly bought the car the AC went out. Paid over $700 to get a new one. Not through them. I paid a personal mechanic. I have power windows (hahaha) Nope not any more window don't work. Recently the computer brain is going out. Meaning the car completely shuts down. Can't open truck or put in neutral. So what happens is making payments on a car that doesn't work.
When we bought the car we just had a baby. All we had was a two seat er truck. We needed something with more room. They seen our situation and took total advantage. This car has not helped our cause. We over pay each month and loose money making repairs. Some people have no heart. They will *** just to get car off lot and make a quick buck. They say well just make payments and in two years trade it in. Not True! I have tried even with a 2 thousand down payment. They make your situation worse. Make you even more up side down with a piece of crap car. Then they say get your loan down to $3500 and trade it in with them. HAHAHA! Why would I screw myself twice. Ok so they want me to trade my crap car in for another crap car, and over pay twice and then make new repairs. Just please please stay away from this place. They make you situation worse. Find another way. Professional can artist. All them. They shouldn't be in business. Dis honest business practice.

| 1. Written by reddove, on 23-08-2009 22:29 I just brought a 2006 dodge ram from DT in san antonio tx. So far I haven't any problems and their customer service was excellant! They even picked me up from work when my motorcycle got a flat so that I could finish paying for the truck. I'm going to tell you people to do your homework first before you buy a vehicle from anybody!!! My problem wasn't bad credit it was I didn't have enough credit and NONE OF THE MAJOR BANKS or even my own bank (I have 3 bank accounts) wouldn't give me a loan "Not enough revovling credit". So DT was my only option. 1. Save up at least 2,000 or more so that you'll pay for less intrest in the long run. First impressions of the dealership is everything. Do you feel like they really care? 2. Don't go in there like you're despreate for a vehicle. You are going to end up paying more money for the vehicle because of the fact that DT is a "second chance" dealership, because people going to them have some sort of credit issues. If you're going to pay more money for something make sure it's something that you'll be proud to drive in for a few years. If they sense that you're despreate, you're going to get a crappy vehicle. Don't be afraid to wait until they get more vehicles. Also check the blue book value for the vehicle. To make sure they aren't WAY OVER CHARGING YOU 3. Do your own Car fax report, and make a deal with them on the interest rate. I talked them down to about 12% also check the vin to make sure if the vehicle has been a part of a recall and if so has it been fixed. Test drive the vehicle. Check it out. Once you buy it get it checked out by another mechanic way before your first payment is due. That way if there are problems it'll be easier to deal with. You're only a victim if you see yourself as one. |

| 3. Written by I agree, on 02-07-2009 15:47 DT is a joke of a company and their customer service is terrible. We have never been treated so badly we have had our car 1 week and we have only had it for 1 day as it has been in the shop the rest of the time. They make promises that they don't keep. |
