Glad to read these reviews, before I surrendered my current vehicle in a bankruptcy. At this point I was tempted in reducing the monthly amount on my car payments. I checked into Drive time and asked many questions about the process. Of, course the Sales Associate was very helpful, but only with the questions I asked. Most of the vehicles have High mileage, even on a 2007-2008 (rental cars from the Auction).

I was feeling like I was going to make the wrong decision and this confirms my choice. Keep, my current car with only 14000 miles, full factory warranty still and continue to bite the payments. Will be better than getting into the vehicle everyday...not knowing if it will breakdown or even start.

I went into Drivetime today and I am glad I read the reviews as well. I noticed over the phone the sales guy was extra nice but he seemed very unfocused and was very unattentive in person. He only answered questions but never offered any info. I put in the app but was not happy with any of the cars. Over the phone he told me my downpayment would be around 300-500 dollars but they told me 1000 dollars today. This is not even the best cars they have. I will not be going back. I look forward to them calling me so that I can hang up in their face. We need another car but not this bad. Thanks for the advice and sharing your experiences.
