I am livid with Drive Time Dealership. My husband and I purchased a 2001 Dodge Stratus in 2004. Well, we are down to the last 2 months of payment and were late due to my loss of job. So, on February 13th at 4:30 am the repo man was heard taking our car.

However, payment arrangements were made with Steve in collections dept. to pay on Feb 17th. The reason we are behind is because drive time added $500 in late fees and $1,500 in late fees to our account.

These people are going to burn in ***! They are purely evil and don't even have a soul. I can only hope that with the numerous complaints that have been expressed against them be taken into account. What I can't understand is WHY are they still in business? Why hasn't the Attorney General's office been notified. Why haven't they been put on tv's Consumer Reporter? Why haven't complaints been filed with the Federal Trade Commission against them for practicing Predatory Lending Practices? If you have been done wrong by this company, a petition needs to be signed and taken to the federal government. Drive Time should be permanently shut down!
